All Bun~Bun orders are shipped prepaid, including all shipping taxes, charges, and duties. Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns. But, to assure you of the quality of our hair clip, all our products are individually inspected both after the production process and before shipping. We also place every hair clip in a chic velvet pouch, secure it in bubble wrap, and place it in an imprinted Bun~Bun bubble-padded envelope.
